This is not your typical SAT class, and not for your typical student. This is for students who want to take their score from good to great. We take only students who score above a benchmark level on an initial diagnostic exam (for students below this benchmark, we recommend our combined ACT/SAT foundations course). The course is competitive, and comes with high expectations for student individual work outside of class.

Our proven “hybrid-intensive” model consists of two weekends with a week of guided at-home practice in between. This approach is unique on the market and brings the benefits of an intensive course, but with a week of space for students to digest material on their own, and also to maximize their own time studying using our guidance and support.

The course is designed to bring out the best in students using a combination of a fun and engaging classroom environment and a positive competitive atmosphere, with prizes for, e.g., the most improved and top performing students.

This course will focus on the “tricky” problems in all SAT sections (Reading, Writing and Language, and Math) that make the difference between a good score and a one that is truly competitive at an Ivy League level.

There are 2 planned two-weekend courses: one on March 26-28 and Apr 2-4, and second planned for Apr 23-25 and Apr 30-May 2 (just before the May 8 SAT sitting). Each will follow a similar schedule:

  • Weekend 1:
    • Friday 4:30-7
    • Saturday 10-3:30 (including 30 minute lunch break)
    • Sun 10-3:30 (including 30 minute lunch break)
  • A week of guided study with homework assignments to be completed online. We expect students to keep up with homework in order to access the second weekend of the course.
  • Weekend 2
    • Friday 4:30-7
    • Saturday 10-3:30 (including 30 minute lunch break)
    • Sun 10-3:30 (including 30 minute lunch break)

In addition to course time, each student will have an individual introduction call with the course teacher, and a follow up call to address individual strengths and weaknesses, and guidance for crafting a practice strategy.

The course fee is £1000, including all materials, all lesson times, practice tests, and an individual feedback following the course.

We look forward to seeing you in the course!
